DIRECTORIES / EVENT PLANNERS

Stop chasing paperwork from twenty food vendors two weeks out.

The planner directory isn't open yet. What is open: every TXFVA vendor already keeps their permits, insurance, and inspection dates on file, and can send you the whole packet as one link that stays current if something renews before your gates.

PLANNER LIST

Tell us what you run. We'll build the directory around it.

We'd rather open this with the right fields than a pretty empty page. Give us the shape of your events and you'll be the first ones in when it opens.

NO ACCOUNT, NO PAYMENT, NO PUBLISHED LISTING UNTIL YOU APPROVE IT.
WHAT A PLANNER LISTING WILL HOLD
Waco Fall Fest SAMPLE
EVENT Waco Fall Fest · 3 days
NEXT DATES 12–14 SEP 2026
VENDOR SLOTS 24 · 6 food trucks
LOAD-IN 12 SEP · 6:00–9:30 AM
POWER 30A drops · no 50A
REQUIRES COI + additional insured

A vendor reading this should know the load-in window, the power situation, and what you require on paper before they ever call you. That's the point of the listing.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Does a listing cost anything?
Not decided yet, and we'd rather tell you the truth than promise free forever. Anyone on this list hears the number before it goes live.
Will vendors be able to contact me directly?
Only how you choose. Some planners want an inbox full of applications; some want one booking link and nothing else.
What does TXFVA actually check on a vendor?
Four documents, reviewed by a person: food manager certificate, liability insurance, county health permit, and sales tax permit. Everything else a vendor tracks is visible but marked as on file, not verified.
VENUES TOO

If you own the ground rather than run the show, we want you on a separate list.

Venues ask different questions than planners — grease disposal, power drops, insurance limits, who signs for the space. That's its own sheet: answer the six and it becomes your listing.
